PR Backlinker is operated jointly by three registered entities: Productive LLC (United States), Productive Go LTD (United Kingdom), and Productive Digital Agency SMC-PVT LTD (Pakistan), referred to together as "we," "us" or "PR Backlinker" in this policy.

When you use our contact form, book a consultation, or purchase a service, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, website URL, and any details you share about your project. When you make a payment, billing and payment details are processed and stored by Stripe, our payment processor, not by us directly. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. This collects information such as pages visited, time on site, and general location at a country or city level, but not your name or email unless you provide it separately. WhatsApp and third-party messaging

If you contact us via the WhatsApp widget on this site, your message is handled through WhatsApp's own platform, subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy, not ours. We recommend reviewing WhatsApp's data practices separately if you have concerns about that channel specifically.

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, deliver purchased services, send project updates, and where you've agreed, send occasional relevant updates about our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain enquiry and project information for as long as needed to deliver services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and delete it on request where we are not required to retain it by law.
