These Terms and Conditions govern your use of prbacklinker.com and any services purchased through it. By purchasing a service or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms.

Who you're contracting with

Depending on your location and the service purchased, your contract is with Productive LLC (US), Productive Go LTD (UK), or Productive Digital Agency SMC-PVT LTD (Pakistan). We'll confirm the specific contracting entity at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Services and delivery

We deliver link building, guest posting, digital PR and related services as described on each service page at the time of purchase. Turnaround times stated on service pages are estimates, not guarantees, since third-party site owners and editors control final publishing timelines.

No PBNs, no guarantees on rankings

We do not use private blog networks in any service we sell. We do not guarantee specific search ranking positions or traffic outcomes, since rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including your site's existing authority, your competitors' activity, and search engine algorithm changes.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and cryptocurrency on request. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

If a purchased placement cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at live@prbacklinker.com and we'll issue a refund for any undelivered portion of your order. Delivered, live placements are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to request content that is illegal, defamatory, or intended to deceive readers. We reserve the right to decline any order that conflicts with our editorial standards or the standards of the publishing sites we work with.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
